Sometimes, it’s ok to just let things BE
We all know there’s a lot going on right now. politics, protests, a pandemic, just to get started. Then there’s participating and managing those things however we feel called to. Then there’s your community and your family’s “stuff”. And then, finally, maybe there’s you.
I think I should have started all that with YOU at the center, but you know, sometimes it’s ok to just let things be.
I’m writing this today at 12:14pm. I’m hoping it will be sent out today. Last week I wanted to do a 5 email series to invite you into my CLEAR VISION session, in hopes you’ll freaking love and my coaching program and just KNOW how much it will change your life, for the better.
Sometimes it’s ok to just let things be.
I also had about six other things I wanted to do this morning including setting the date and letting people know about my next FREE Reconnect call, exercise (I do this thing called The Class and it’s freaking amazing), and work on my new FB group called Align & Shine (coming soon).
Instead, I went grocery shopping because the fridge looked empty and it’s really hard to make my kids lunch when the fridge is empty.
Sometimes it’s ok to just let things be.
Sometimes it’s ok to just notice how things actually are and just let it be.
To not push.
To not stress.
To not over due it.
And instead,
Listen to yourself. Acknowledging that yeah we really need some food right now, and I want to go zone out at the grocery store.
Lean into trust. My next clients are coming whether or not I send another email.
To find refuge in rest. And flipping the plan upside down. Hearing your own truth is your highest wisdom.
That’s called freedom, I think.
Isn’t that what we are here to do? To tap into more freedom?
Freedom to let you be just you? Freedom to feel your feelings? Freedom to know your own brilliant thinking mind?
Freedom from conventional beliefs that don’t serve you?
Coaching is a lot about moving things forward. And as someone who can get caught in paralysis sometimes, I’m super down with that.
But you can’t move forward in alignment, without first locating where you are. How you feel. What your intuition says. What beliefs you’re holding and do those serve you.
It’s ok to stop pushing sometimes and just let things BE.
You might find a whole wellspring of insights flood in. Or maybe just some relief in acknowledging how things really are.
Or maybe some new freedoms to do it differently and trust more.
