I’ve spent most of my adult life transforming my life. One part after another. It’s been really big work. Hard work, beautiful work. transcendent work, painful work. Joyful work.
It started because I couldn’t land a decent relationship and continued because well, this is apparently just what I do. Maybe because of my astrological charts, or because I am an INFP, or it’s my soul’s mission. I’m not sure, it just is what it is. And I like it.
Now that I walk with women on parts of their journey (mostly around stepping up and playing bigger in the world), I’ve been reflecting on how I made the shifts in my life.
It’s true I’ve got a bunch of tricks in my pocket that I use to support my clients, AND I’ve always called in support for myself in the forms of therapists, teachers, healers, and guides. It’s essential to have that for sure!
But often I see my BIG shifts came in the little moments. When I full on DECIDED I was done with something. I committed in a different way than before in my heart, and then I made lots of little changes that turned into a big change.
Make sense? Here’s an example. I’ve been working on abundance consciousness/scarcity consciousness and creating more money in my life for a looooong time. But in the last 12 months, I really got serious about it and decided I was done with it. I was going to shift this for good.
So what did I do? I started shifting a lot of little things.
I stopped talking with friends about money who liked to talk about how there wasn’t enough around. No more talking negative about money for me. Not an easy thing to stop after decades of re-hashing the same situation.
Every time my mind wanted to go down fear or anxiety spirals related to money, I pulled it back and focused on an affirmation. This happened every five minutes, at least! When you commit to transformation like this, it’s a constant practice.
Every time an unexpected bill came up that would usually trigger me, I told myself it was a test from the universe to see if I could hold this new energy of calm and abundance.
I chose to read a lot of books about abundance and surround myself with people who generate abundance in all the forms.
I worked these principle day in and day out for weeks, then months. Still working them actually.
It’s a daily, minute to minute practice. I guess it’s called mindfulness. :)
Every really big change in my life played out in a similar way.
You can do this too. Sometimes we want transformation to be big and grand.
But most often it’s down in the trenches, little shifts all day long.
What are you working on transforming in your life or business? Reply and tell me! I want to know.
Blessings and love!

P.S. Actually I can’t understate HOW important it is to call in support for yourself. If you are on the edge, do it! In fact, go book yourself a FREE Empath Soul Session and see how I can support you stepping into a bigger career and life.
